The best buy and sell offer for every currency in one call, each naming the winning bank. Each row is compared on one publication date, returned per row as effectiveDate — today’s board where one exists, otherwise that currency’s most recent earlier board. Currencies priced on the market’s current date come first; those whose newest board is older follow, flagged isStale. Open to anonymous callers.

200: Whole-market best board
400: Invalid request — VALIDATION_ERROR.
401: Missing, invalid, revoked or expired credential.
403: Authenticated but not entitled — the plan does not include this endpoint or feature.
429: Rate limit or monthly quota exceeded — RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED or QUOTA_EXCEEDED. Honour Retry-After.
500: Unexpected server error.
